Custodians for Covid (joannavestey.com) is committed to maintaining the privacy of its website visitors and customers. There are two areas of the website that allow you to submit personal data: during the checkout process and through direct email.
When you email us, any personal data that you share will remain private to that communication and won’t be shared with third parties or used for any marketing purposes.
During the checkout process for purchasing a print, we will collect your name, address and payment details in order to fulfil your purchase. Payment details are sent via a secure, PCI compliant payment gateway, and Custodians for Covid does not store this data.
Data is stored for legitimate reasons: to respond to direct messages sent to us, and to process and fulfil orders. Your data is only kept on file for as long as necessary to ensure we can provide good customer service, and to maintain our records for accounting purposes.
At any time you can request to view, amend or erase our records of your personal data by emailing studio@joannavestey.com.
Sharing Data with Theatres
During the checkout process, we’ll ask for your permission to share your first name, last name and email address with the theatres. We will pass on these details only if you opt in by ticking the box during checkout.
Custodians for Covid will not share your data with any other third party besides the theatre(s) you’ve kindly supported via the purchase of a print. The theatre(s) may add you to their mailing list and you might receive direct communication from them about upcoming performances.
To stop this communication in the future, you will need to contact the theatre directly. Marketing emails should have an unsubscribe link in the footer of each email.
Cookies
Cookies are tiny text files stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages. At joannavestey.com we use cookies to keep track of what you have in your shopping bag, and to remember you if you log in during the checkout process.
